Then, I rocked out 18 miles. I had a truly great run too! I was anxious about it after last weekend’s fueling issues. But, I did a few things in a different way today…

1.) Fueled better. I ate a great deal yesterday, potentially as well much, however it helped. I likewise fueled during the run better. I took Powerbar chewies as well as started taking them at the half method point as well as every other mile after that. plus I drank Gatorade. It worked.

2.) tried to speed a bit better. I didn’t begin out as quick as last weekend. part of this is because of the path not being downhill for the very first 7 miles, however still I tried.

3.) Asked God to make the weather condition cooler. Okay, that is not totally true, however it was cooler today as well as that truly helped!
